  • 01I deposited some money but my wallet is empty, what happened?

    Don’t worry - this is usually temporary.

    Check the following:

    • Most transactions take a few seconds but can take up to 30 minutes.
    • Make sure you’re viewing the correct wallet and network (BNB Chain).
    • Some wallets contain multiple sub-accounts - check all wallet tabs.
    • If funds still don’t appear, confirm your transaction status on-chain or with your payment provider.
  • 02Are there any transaction fees?

    There are no platform fees on Degenroad.

    However, a 10% royalty is applied to every resale on secondary markets - this supports ecosystem development and number maintenance.

    Standard blockchain gas fees may still apply based on network load.

  • 03How do I log in with a different Telegram account?

    To switch Telegram accounts linked to Degenroad:

    • Open Telegram → Settings → Privacy & Security → Bots and Websites → Logged in with Telegram.
    • Remove the current Degenroad session.
    • Refresh Degenroad and log in again using your new Telegram account.
  • 04Is there a platform app or do I need to install something?

    No downloads needed. Everything runs directly in your browser — just connect your wallet, mint your number, and start using it instantly.

  • 05Can I sell or transfer my number?

    Yes. Your NFT number is fully transferable. You can resell it, auction it, or send it to any BNB Chain-compatible wallet.

  • 06Is this anonymous?

    Yes. Degenroad doesn’t collect personal data or require KYC.

    Your number and activity stay private - only your wallet holds ownership.

  • 07Is there a limit to how many numbers I can own?

    No limit. You can mint and manage multiple NFT numbers and switch between them directly in your dashboard.
